Supporting primary school leaders to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to lead inclusive practice effectively by creating a shared inclusive vision, building a positive and inclusive culture, and leading sustainable change. Leaders will be equipped to support staff to embed inclusive practice across the school and ensure that inclusion is consistently experienced by all pupils.
